About the Owner, Todd Davisson

After 22 years of corporate experience including executive management, sales, sales management, marketing, and operations, Todd Davisson left the corporate world to pursue his true passion: coaching the personal and professional development of others. Todd believes the enormous potential and human greatness we each possess can be accessed to empower us to live the lives we choose! He also believes this ‘access’ can be accelerated and exponentially multiplied by working with a coach that stands for who we are, our greatness, possibility, and full potential.

Todd understands the dynamics of corporate America and brings a great deal of insight and experience to his corporate clients. More than 13 years were invested in climbing the corporate ladder at the world’s largest manufacturer, marketer, and product development power tool company: Black & Decker. He believes today’s corporations need to adopt what professional and Olympic sports teams and athletes, actors and actresses, and master musicians already understand: professional coaching helps them realize their greatest personal and professional potential and success! Coaches help you play your game better, they help you keep your ‘edge’ when it matters most, and they help you accomplish your greatest goals.

Interests & Family Values

Since the writing of my book is in its very formative stages, and while this might be better suited for the dedication page once my book gets published, it’s important to me to share the impact my family has made on me.

I didn’t know it at 8 months, 8 years, or even at 18 years. When I consider and appreciate just how blessed I am to have the family I do, it’s really extraordinary. My Mom and Dad, brothers Tom and Gary and my sister Esther have and continue to make amazing contributions to who I am. They have each touched and shaped my life so much for the better. They offer unconditional love and support. They accept and love me for me, to be free to be just who I am. Thanks so much Mom and Dad, Tom, Gary and Esther! I love you more than words can describe.

My wife Michelle has and continues to be extremely fiscally responsible, a conscientiously hard worker at her job as an RN, and a responsible and loving parent to our children. These qualities have made the pursuit of my dream as a life coach less stressful in regard to my family – I thank her deeply for that.

The two most important people in my life are my children, Gary and Rebecca. They are the true loves of my life, my real motive & inspiration:
• To be the very best I can be
• To set an example of living life to its greatest, most amazing potential
• To live life as a matter of choice, not of chance or circumstance
• To be present in the moment and soak in all the beauty and miracles life presents to us each and every day
